Terms of Use
Effective September 10, 2026. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and TVGUN governing access to the TVGUN website, accounts, community features, translation tools and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read them carefully. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the Community Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 16 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country, to use the Service. If local law permits a younger person to use online services only with parental consent, a parent or legal guardian must provide that consent and is responsible for the person’s use. You represent that you are legally able to enter this agreement and are not barred from using the Service under applicable law. If you use TVGUN for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that organization.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You may not impersonate another person, create an account for someone without authorization, sell or transfer an account, or use deceptive account details. Keep your login credentials confidential and use a unique password. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law. Notify us promptly through the Feedback page if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require verification, limit account creation or reclaim usernames that violate rights, mislead users or are needed for service administration.
3. License to use the Service
Subject to these Terms, TVGUN grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful community participation and personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of any software, design, database or content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service except where applicable law expressly permits and that permission cannot be waived.
4. Acceptable use
TVGUN is for competitive shooting games, esports, gameplay analysis, team finding and related culture. You must follow the Community Rules and all applicable laws. You may not harass, threaten, dox or exploit others; promote hatred or sexual exploitation; distribute malware, cheats, credential theft, pirated material or instructions to bypass security; manipulate votes, reports or rankings; scrape the Service at unreasonable scale; send spam; operate unauthorized bots; evade suspensions; infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights; facilitate gambling or fraud; or use TVGUN to buy, sell, build or unlawfully modify real-world weapons. Discussion of game mechanics must be clearly distinguishable from harmful real-world instructions.
5. Your content and license
You retain ownership of content you create and are responsible for it. By submitting content, you grant TVGUN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, index, translate, adapt for accessibility and make technical modifications to that content solely to operate, secure, promote and improve the Service. The license lasts while the content is available through TVGUN and for a reasonable backup period; public content shared by others may remain in copies outside our control. You represent that you have all rights needed to submit the content and grant this license, and that the content does not violate law or another person’s rights.
6. Public content, translations and feedback
Posts, comments, public profiles and reactions can be viewed, quoted and linked by others. Choose carefully what you publish. Automated translations are provided for convenience, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and do not replace the original. You should verify important statements in the source language. If you send suggestions or product feedback, you allow TVGUN to use them without restriction or compensation, but this does not give us ownership of your other content or personal information.
7. Third-party content and services
The Service may display links, embeds, thumbnails, match information or other material supplied by users or third parties. TVGUN does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, security, legality or practices of third-party services. A link or mention is not an endorsement. Your dealings with creators, teams, advertisers, marketplaces or external platforms are between you and those parties. External content can change or disappear without notice, and separate terms and privacy policies may apply.
8. Intellectual property complaints
Respect copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights and other intellectual property. If you believe content on TVGUN infringes your rights, submit a detailed notice through the Feedback page identifying the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, the basis for your claim and a statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith. We may request additional verification, remove or restrict material, notify the uploader, and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. Knowingly false reports may create liability.
9. Moderation and enforcement
We may, but are not obligated to, review, label, translate, reduce distribution of, restrict access to or remove content. We may warn users, limit features, preserve evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, or refer matters to appropriate authorities when we reasonably believe these Terms, the Community Rules or law have been violated, or when action is needed to protect users or the Service. Enforcement considers context, severity, history and risk, but urgent threats may require immediate action. You may appeal an eligible decision through the available reporting or Feedback channel. We do not guarantee that all objectionable content will be identified or removed.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You agree not to collect, expose or misuse another user’s personal information. If you independently process personal information obtained through TVGUN, you are responsible for having a lawful basis, providing required notices and honoring applicable rights. Do not use public profiles to build marketing databases, conduct surveillance or target vulnerable individuals.
11. Changes, availability and beta features
We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features and may impose reasonable limits for security, maintenance, legal or operational reasons. We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage or continued support for any external link, game, language or feature. Beta or experimental features may be incomplete and may change without notice. You should keep your own copy of content you cannot afford to lose. We are not responsible for changes made by game publishers, tournament organizers or linked platforms.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion through available settings or the Feedback page. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail required verification, or if the Service is discontinued. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, licenses already relied upon, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity and dispute terms—remain effective after termination.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TVGUN DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that content is accurate, that translations are reliable, that other users are who they claim to be, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Gameplay advice, match information and community opinions are informational only. Nothing on TVGUN is professional, legal, medical, financial or real-world weapons advice. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these terms may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TVGUN AND ITS AFFILIATES, PERSONNEL AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid TVGUN during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including certain liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury. Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless TVGUN and its affiliates, personnel and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your material breach of these Terms or another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from TVGUN’s own unlawful conduct, and it does not limit rights that cannot be waived under consumer law. We may control the defense of a covered claim and will reasonably cooperate with you.
16. Governing rules and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the TVGUN service operator, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory protections of your country of residence continue to apply where they cannot be waived. Before filing a formal claim, you and TVGUN agree to try in good faith for 30 days to resolve the issue through the Feedback page. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes will be brought before the competent courts where the TVGUN service operator is established. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a legally available consumer dispute process.
17. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or feature-related reasons. We will post the revised version, update the effective date and provide additional notice of material changes where required. If you continue using the Service after revised Terms take effect, you accept them; if you disagree, you must stop using the Service. If one provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will stay effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; TVGUN may assign them as part of a reorganization or transfer of the Service. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and Community Rules are the entire agreement concerning the Service. Questions may be submitted through the Feedback page.
